What you create in Weblym is yours.
Do not use Weblym for anything illegal, deceptive or harmful to others.
Weblym is under construction: it may change and fail, and nothing is charged today.

1. What Weblym is and who provides it

Weblym is a platform to build, publish and manage online stores. It is provided by Weblym, whom you can write to at [email protected]. By creating an account you accept these terms.

2. Your account

You must be over 18 to create an account.
You are responsible for what is done with your account. Keep your password safe and, if you think someone has got in, change it: all other sessions will be closed.
You can delete your account whenever you like from Settings, and all its content is deleted with it.

3. Your content

The texts, photos, products and designs you put on Weblym are yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to the extent necessary to provide the service; for example, to show your published store to whoever visits it.

You must have the right to use what you upload: do not upload other people’s photos, trademarks or texts without their permission.

4. What is not allowed

Selling illegal products or services, or deceiving buyers.
Impersonating another person, company or brand.
Using Weblym to collect passwords, card details or other data through deception.
Trying to access accounts or data that are not yours, getting around the service’s limits or overloading it.
Publishing content that incites hatred, harasses other people or infringes their rights.

If a store breaches these points, we may take it down or suspend the account, and we will tell you unless the law prevents it.

5. Weblym is under construction

Weblym has not launched yet. In the meantime, entire features may change, appear or disappear, and the service may have errors or interruptions. We provide it as is, with no availability guarantees. We recommend keeping a copy of the texts and photos that matter to you.

6. Pricing and launch discount

Today Weblym charges nothing. Before we start charging, we will publish the prices on the pricing page and let you know by email; nothing will be charged without your acceptance.

If you created your account with the launch offer, the discount percentage we promised you is stored on it and will apply when we start charging.

7. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date above. If the change is significant, we will email you before it takes effect.

8. Your data

How we process your data is explained in the privacy policy, and what is stored in your browser in the cookie policy.
